Location, location, location. Our Maui wedding house known as the "Cliff House" is tucked away on the cliff-side overlooking the ocean with a stunning panoramic view including unparalleled vistas of both east and west Maui with Haleakala Volcano directly across. The home is decorator appointed with both a touch of Polynesian art and Balinesian furnishings. The wedding site fee includes brand new, unique custom-made benches with white upholstered cushions for the ceremony. No other event site offers this type of seating as part of the site fee! Our Maui wedding planning department will make all the necessary arrangements for your wedding at the Cliff house. We plan and coordinate your Maui wedding from setting up your license appointment with the Hawaii License Agent to hiring officiates, ministers, photographers, videographers, florists, caterers etc.
Hair and Make-up:
Our Maui wedding house also has an oceanview covered area for a small reception/refreshments. The covered lanai area is perfect for an intimate dinner reception for up to 20 people. The home is perched above the ocean and features stairs leading down to the sea. There are many fantastic photo opportunities at this one-of-a-kind Maui Wedding location. Maui Wedding Receptions: 2011 Rates - subject to change without notice. Site fee only (does not include flowers) Mon-Thurs Fri-Sat Event deposit - 50% of rate (Refundable if cancelled except $200 up until 30 days prior to event) • Use of property for ceremony ( grass lawn area as shown on photos)
Maui Wedding House, aka Maui Cliff House Rules PropertyThe House and Property needs consideration in regards to parking, restrooms, house use, and security and safety issues. Parking All guests and staff must park in the designated parking areas. Check with wedding staff on where to park on the property lot. Maximum guests are 20. Caterers All catering must go through our approved catering company. Garbage All garbage must be disposed of in the trashcan supplied. Restrooms The Powder Room is in the house and is for guests and wedding party use. Smoking There is a “no smoking” rule for the house and lanai, There will be a designated smoking area outside. Ask wedding staff for location. Permittee’ is responsible for removing cigarette butts from lawn and common areas. Interior Spaces The bedroom for changing is limited to the bridal parties use only. The doors should remain closed during event. Caterers have access to the kitchen and bath. All furniture and furnishings should remain in place. Any loss or damage will result in a deduction from security deposit and if loses are above security amount collected, credit card on file will be charged with itemization of loses. Exterior Spaces Any damage to lawn, plantings, or irrigation will result in a deduction from security deposit. Furniture on lanai should remain in place. Music Bands are not allowed and DJ’s are not allowed. IPod Players are allowed but must be supervised. We have a list of musicians to recommend.
